“The first time I met Steve Szaszy was in 2008. I had a total knee replacement. He paid me a visit at my home to start my therapy. Steve explained everything he was going to do, and what he needed me to do when he wasn't there. He was very gentle and explained it was going to hurt, but it was something I had to do. Then I started going to Action Physical Therapy for a more intense therapy. His aide, Hailey, was very kind and did her job very well.
